Blizzard confirmed new class Uniques for Diablo 4 Season 11, and each item drops from a specific Lair Boss that players can target farm when the season begins on December 11, 2025. The developer also stated that the Tower leaderboard mode will not be available at launch, so early-season runs will focus on traditional boss farming and mythic rotations.
The season adds new class mechanics and fresh progression systems that change how certain items interact with builds. Tempering and Masterworking have been reworked ahead of launch, which shifts the value of class-specific Uniques and how players plan their crafting and upgrades.
Lord Zir – Spiritborn and Barbarian Uniques
Lord Zir is the highest-value farm for two classes this season. Spiritborn players can obtain the boots Path of the Emissary while Barbarians can drop Chainscourged Mail for the pants slot. Both items open distinct build routes that are worth prioritizing during the first week of Season 11.
- Path of the Emissary – Spiritborn boots
- Chainscourged Mail – Barbarian pants
Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint – Druid Unique
Grigoire drops Khamsin Steppewalkers, a Druid pair of boots designed for nature spell builds that rely on high mobility and steady uptime for Unhindered and immobilization effects. Druids who plan to use movement-based rotations should put Grigoire at the top of their farming list.
- Khamsin Steppewalkers – Druid boots
Best in Ice – Necromancer Unique
Best in Ice drops Gravebloom, a one-handed mace focused on summon play. Gravebloom changes how golems and other minions are deployed by letting Necromancers field multiple faster mini-golems, which will affect minion army composition for Season 11 builds.
- Gravebloom – Necromancer one-handed mace
Andariel and Duriel – Rogue Unique (Shared Source)
Rogues have a split source for their new pants Unique, Death’s Pavane. Andariel and Duriel both drop the item, so players can rotate between the two to increase their chance of finding it. Duriel tends to be quicker for repeat mythic runs, while alternating with Andariel smooths out farming variance.
- Death’s Pavane – Rogue pants
Varshan – Sorcerer Unique
Varshan drops Orsivane, a one-handed mace that lets Sorcerers build around defensive skills they normally skip. Orsivane gives sorcerer players more freedom to experiment with nonstandard defensive setups without sacrificing core offensive power.
- Orsivane – Sorcerer one-handed mace
Which Boss to Farm First
Pick your first target based on class and planned build. Lord Zir is the top target if players run Spiritborn or Barbarian. Druids should prioritize Grigoire. Minion-focused Necromancers should go to Best in Ice. Rogues can rotate Duriel and Andariel to double their chances. Sorcerers should focus on Varshan. Season systems and the December 11 patch will change item value and crafting paths, so farming priorities may shift after players test Uniques in mid-season tuning and the post-launch patch notes arrive. Players who are not chasing these class-specific Uniques will still find other valuable drops from these bosses, so running a rotation that covers multiple targets can be efficient for first-week progression.
