Destiny 2 Hotfix 6.3.0.9, Maintenance, Patch Notes and more

Destiny 2’s maintenance for the deployment of hotfix 6.3.0.9 has begun. Bungie has recently announced that the Destiny 2 servers will go down for weekly maintenance and deployment of hotfix 6.3.0.9.

As per Bungie’s notes, players will be removed from the game and won’t be able to log in before the maintenance completes. The update installation is supposed to conclude at 10 AM PST, with the login feature available 1 hour prior.

At this time, the official patch notes are still missing, as Bungie posts them after the maintenance is done. Once they are posted, we’ll update the section below. So far, we only have the schedule for today’s maintenance.

8:00 AM PST	-8 UTC	Destiny 2 will undergo maintenance. Sign-on and game integration features will be unavailable on web, mobile, 3rd-party apps, and the Bungie Store. Players who observe issues should report to the #Help forum.
8:45 AM PST	-8 UTC	Destiny 2 will be brought offline for expected maintenance. Players will be removed from activities and won’t be able to log back in until 9 AM PST. Ongoing Destiny maintenance is expected to conclude at 10 AM PST.
9:00 AM PST	-8 UTC	Hotfix 6.3.0.9 will be available across all platforms and regions. Players will be able to log back into Destiny 2. Players logging into the game may be placed in a queue and may experience sign-on issues as background maintenance is still ongoing.
10:00 AM PST	-8 UTC	Destiny 2 maintenance is expected to conclude. Console players who encounter issues updating to 6.3.0.9 should restart their console and try downloading the Hotfix. Players who observe issues should report to the #Help forum.
