Delta Force’s August 20 Update Will Keep Fortune Run Rewards Flowing

Fortune Run Frenzy, new Warfare activities, and the returning Desmoulins' Edge Lucky Draw will all begin between August 21 and August 27.

Delta Force will receive another event-focused update on August 20 with no downtime. Gameplay and matchmaking will remain available during the rollout, although players who run into problems afterward should restart the game. Anyone using an outdated client will need to install the latest version before logging in, according to the team’s Steam announcement.

The update builds on the August 13 announcement about more Fortune Run Treasure Map Supply Selection Packs and the return of Sea Gleam, giving Operations and Warfare players even more ways to collect event rewards over the next few weeks.

Fortune Run adds another Operations reward run

Fortune Run Frenzy will run from August 21 through August 27. Searching any container during matches will complete event missions and award Fortune EXP, which can then be exchanged for prizes in the Fortune Run store.

Ratty’s Heart-Fluttering is already running from August 19 through August 27. Ratty will appear in Brakkesh, Zero Dam, and Layali Grove. Use the [Hand Heart] action when you find Ratty to receive the Treasure Map tied to that map.

Warfare events arrive on August 21

Two new activities will run from August 21 through September 7. Air Supremacy Trial takes place in Ace Hunt mode, asking players to protect friendly VIP vehicles and destroy enemy high-threat targets. Team Up Together focuses on squad play, with players inviting friends to complete Warfare challenges and fight as a coordinated team.

The update also brings several shorter activities:

  • Warfare Weekly Supply runs from August 21 through August 27. Completing simple matches awards Premium Weapon EXP Tokens, Intermediate Weapon EXP Tokens, and a one-time Warfare EXP Multiplier Card.
  • Weekend Merit Boost runs from August 22 through August 23. The first three Ranked matches played during the event will award double Merit.
  • Expert Choice runs from August 21 through August 27. Missions using the SCAR-H or AS Val award Intermediate Weapon EXP Tokens, Premium Weapon EXP Tokens, and an Armament Voucher.
  • Tekniq Alloy Shop runs from August 21 through August 27, offering Quantum Keys, Armament Vouchers, and an Advanced Safe Box 7-Day Access Card in exchange for Tekniq Alloy.
  • Final Score runs during the same period and lets players redeem Warfare match scores for Quantum Keys and Armament Vouchers.

Desmoulins’ Edge returns to the store

The Desmoulins’ Edge Theme Lucky Draw will return from August 21 through September 19. Players can access it through Store > Top Pick > Desmoulins’ Edge.

Each production grants rewards and adds to a progress track. Reaching milestone nodes unlocks appearances from the Desmoulins’ Edge series, while reaching 100% progress awards the Desmoulins’ Edge appearance. Each production can also instantly reach 100% progress and grant every appearance. The full reward set is guaranteed within 90 productions.

The draw includes the Desmoulins’ Edge, K437, and QCQ171 melee weapon appearances, along with a series Charm, Avatar, Calling Card, Spray Paint, TurBrick – The Law of Time, Weapon EXP Tokens, and Draw Tickets for firearm and vehicle appearance draws. Players who already own one of the themed appearances can still participate, but duplicate rewards will be converted into Tekniq Alloy.

Vivid Pulse opens alongside the returning draw

The Vivid Pulse Music Festival Themed Lucky Draw will also run from August 21 through September 19. Its non-replacement prize pool has no duplicate rewards, and the first draw costs 10 Delta Coins or Delta Tickets.

Once every reward in a round has been collected, the qualification for the next round will unlock automatically. Hitting the grand prize in any round guarantees one randomly selected Music Festival-themed appearance, while also granting the remaining rewards from that round that had not yet been collected.

The Vivid Pulse rewards include appearances for the MK4 Submachine Gun, SG552 Assault Rifle, and AK-12 Assault Rifle, plus a Vivid Pulse Avatar, Calling Card, Spray Paint, TurBrick – The Law of Time, and Premium Weapon EXP Tokens.
