A stellar cast will return, including Léa Seydoux, Norman Reedus, and Troy Baker, with Academy Award-nominated actress Elle Fanning and Shioli Kutsuna joining them in their journey through this mysterious world. Following months of speculation and anticipation, Kojima Productions’ upcoming sequel to Death Stranding has finally been revealed. Fans of the original already know this won’t be a straightforward experience – but what is on offer looks even more bizarre than before! With its unique approach to storytelling, players are sure in store for an offbeat adventure they’ll never forget.
Geoff Keighely asked Hideo Kojima how the game differs from the original gameplay experience found in the predecessor. To this, Hideo answered “I can’t really be specific now, but I put a lot of things inside so I want you guys to talk about it and find details in it.”
Furthermore, Hideo revealed that he had rewritten the story completely, which makes it dubious why it’s called Death Stranding 2. At the end of the trailer, we can see a tentacle rising within what we knew as a baby pod. Could it be a mutant baby that we take care of now? We’ll have to wait and see more details about this one.
