Balance Changes:
- Life After Death does not trigger again for 12 seconds after it is activated.
- Soulscraper’s soul absorptiton changed from 8 to 12 seconds and now also increases Vigor by 5.
- Nipalan aslo increases weapon damage by 3.
- Elven Bow of Truth now increases action speed by 25%.
- Pestilence’s disease effect duration changed from 3 to 4 seconds and damage type changed to true magical damage.
- Deathbloom’s deathbloom effect damage type changed to true magical damage.
- Zirkzi’s Eye’s internal cooldown changed from 1.5 to 0.5 seconds.
- Spellweaver spell casting speed bonus duration changed from 3 to 5 seconds.
- Illusory’s invisibility duration changed from 2 to 4 seconds.
- Cinder now deals 3 fire magical damage per second for 9 seconds.
- Stinky Stick now creates 100% poison clouds on each hit.
- Delirium now reduces maximum health by 5% and heals 2 health per second.
- Dryad’s Wrath now increases impact resist by +1.
- Fulgor additionaly increases action speed by 10%.
- Druid’s Panther form health reduction changed from 15% to 10%.
