Dark and Darker August 8 Patch Notes
We are really sorry. Due to a miscommunication about patch application, the server went down without giving you enough time to prepare.
We were preparing to apply an urgent patch to the server to fix the discovered critical issue.
Restarting server is expected to take about 10 minutes.
And we’ve received the reports that some of you were encountering issues when uninstalling the Blacksmith Launcher.
To fix this, we’ve deployed an update for the launcher and hotfixed the issue.
Blacksmith Launcher:
- Fixed an issue where you could not install with a “Blacksmith is already installed” error.
- Fixed an issue where some user data on the installed path could be deleted if the launcher was installed in the non-empty folder (e.g., specified itself as “Desktop” or “My Documents” without Blacksmith).
- Fixed compatibility issues with running some virtual machines.
We will do our best to quickly correct the various problems that are currently being reported.
