Crysis Remastered will skip adding Denuvo Anti-Tamper Technology

Crytek has revealed that it doesn’t have plans on adding Denuvo Anti-Tamper technology to Crysis Remastered’s integrity, or in other “gamer” words, disintegrate its performance by adding such security measures. The company’s previous EULA states that Crysis Remastered will inflict the Denuvo Software Technology installation on devices that install the game.

In a recent Steam discussion, a user asked if the developers would comply with the end-user license agreement and add the Denuvo Software technology for Crysis Remastered.

“I don’t see it listed on the store page, but when I view the EULA, it says the installation of CRYSIS REMASTERED will cause the Denuvo Software Technology to be installed on your device.” – said Mark-James.

“Denuvo won’t be included in Crysis Remastered. We’ll update the EULA accordingly.” – Responded one of the developers.

It appears that the EULA for Crysis Remastered is outdated, and the developer needs to update it.

The classic first-person shooter from Crytek is ready to surprise the fans all over. Over the past period, the developer has verified many Crysis Remastered’s improvements, such as Ray Tracing, in-game features, and more. Even if it misses an original launch date, the game’s still scheduled to launch on PC and consoles this fall.
