Crimson Desert’s First Sale Will Offer 20% Off Through September 9
The game's first 20% discount runs from August 25 through September 9 at 14:59 UTC, alongside the free Crimson Desert Enhanced update.

Crimson Desert will receive its first sale starting August 25, giving players a 20% discount through September 9 at 14:59 UTC. Pearl Abyss confirmed the promotion in the game’s Steam announcement, offering a lower-cost entry point for anyone who has been waiting to begin a journey through Pywel.
As of August 28, the discount is active. The promotion runs for a little over two weeks from its August 25 start, giving players until the stated deadline to pick up the open-world adventure at 20% off.
What Crimson Desert Enhanced adds
The free Crimson Desert Enhanced update became available on August 25 and is included for existing owners at no extra cost. New buyers who take advantage of the sale will begin with the current version rather than the older launch build. The update is detailed in a Steam announcement.
Version 2.00.00 adds new story moments, expanded voice-over support, Arabic interface and subtitle support, a redesigned skill progression system, and eight new skills for Kliff. Earlier post-launch updates are included as part of the package too.
The update also revises parts of the story and quest structure, giving returning players more context around Kliff, the Greymanes, and the wider world of Pywel.
