Pearl Abyss has released Crimson Desert version 1.01.03, an all-platform hotfix that is available now on Steam for PC and Steam for Mac. The update is small, but it targets a combat problem that could make certain bosses stop moving during fights.
According to the patch notes, the main fix in version 1.01.03 addresses an issue where some bosses would sometimes freeze during combat. That is the only gameplay change listed in the hotfix, which keeps this one focused on stability rather than broader balance or content adjustments.
The studio also pointed players toward its Crimson Desert Known Issues notice for current problems, along with its FAQ and Report an Issue page for players who run into trouble on their end.
