Black Ops 4 will not support mods at launch, and it’s pretty clear the game has everything it needs to carry itself. However, recent questions have been asked and among them, a fan asked how the mod tools are looking like and if there’s a chance to see a glimpse of it.
Treyarch the developer of Black Ops 4 has replied that mods and the possibility of modding won’t be there at the start, but instead, it may be there at a later stage.
We've repeatedly commented on our huge fandom for the mod community, and it's something we'll be looking at, but won't be at launch.

So far, Black Ops 4 will operate with a good amount of game modes, which actually proves the lack of single-player campaign. When it comes to Blackout and considering the increase of players in a session during its beta, we may see a rise in the pool of players, allowing some games to support up to 100 players.
Modding comes as a huge role in which fans can participate in creating various of mods, which in some video games are found as life saviors. Modding usually increases the number of players, or, the versatility of the video game, thanks to the individual changes over some game modes or maybe new ones created from scratch.
