According to a NYTimes statement, CD Projekt Red might face a class-action lawsuit against them due to product riddled with bugs, which followed shortly by millions of refunds and removal from the PlayStation Store for good. Investors are pissed off, and CD Projekt Red is guilty of breaking Article 286 of the Polish penal code: misrepresentation to obtain financial benefits.
