Carenado’s CT206 is now available exclusively through the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Marketplace for $22.99 USD. The package offers five configurations for different kinds of flying, from carrying passengers to landing on water or snow.
The six-seat, single-engine aircraft comes in Passenger, Cargo, Skydiving, Amphibian, and Ski variants. The Amphibian version is designed for both land and water operations, while the Ski setup is intended for glacier and snow flying.

The CT206 also has a glass cockpit with a 10.4-inch primary flight display and a 10.4-inch multifunction display. Its listed specifications include a turbocharged six-cylinder piston engine rated up to 310 horsepower, an 840-mile maximum range, and a 163-mph cruise speed. Maximum speed is 174 mph, with a service ceiling of 15,700 feet.
The aircraft’s prototype first flew in late 1962, and it entered service in 1964. In the simulator, the range of configurations gives the CT206 more than one job to do, whether a flight calls for passenger transport, cargo, skydiving, or a water landing.
