While the game will officially launch on November 10th, 2023, fans won’t have to wait that long for more details. The game reveal is set for August 17th, 2023, during the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 Season Five live event.
One of the standout features of Modern Warfare 3 is the “Carry Forward” system. This allows players to bring over a significant portion of their content from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. This includes:
- All weapons and their blueprints from Modern Warfare 2.
- All operators, their skins, and finishing moves from Modern Warfare 2.
- Customization items include emblems, calling cards, loading screens, weapon charms, stickers, gun screens, and large decals.
- Weapon camouflages from Modern Warfare 2, albeit exclusively for MW2 weapons.
