Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 — Terminated will launch on August 5 at 5 PM PT, bringing a major Terminator 2: Judgment Day crossover alongside fresh Multiplayer and Battle Royale content. Activision detailed the season in its official Season 7 announcement.
The machines are taking over the season, with the T-800 and T-1000 arriving through a themed event and the It Goes Two offer. Both Terminator models can change form during a match, giving the crossover a feature that goes beyond character skins.
Two new Multiplayer modes
Operator Skill Overdrive
Operator Skill Overdrive is a free-for-all mode built around collecting, upgrading, and combining Operator Skills. Players choose one of three random skills at the start of a match, then pick up a second skill during the game. Matching certain combinations unlocks Fusion Skills. Tempest and Purifier, for example, can combine into the Thunderfire Storm.
Each skill has three upgrade levels, with bonuses such as increased range and power. Cooldowns are cut in half every 30 seconds, while eliminating the player in first place awards three times the usual points.
Hardpoint: Mayhem
Hardpoint: Mayhem assigns every player one of three roles before the match begins. Each team includes two Anchors, two Rovers, and one Controller, with every role receiving its own loadout, effects, and scoring rules.
- Anchors: Occupy the objective and earn points from inside it.
- Rovers: Eliminate opponents and break their control of the point.
- Controller: Support the team through continuous Scorestreak assistance.

Nuketown gets a visual refresh
Season 7 will refresh Nuketown with improved lighting, upgraded materials, and added exterior detail. The version is based on the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 interpretation of the classic map while keeping its familiar layout.
Lockdown brings objective combat to Battle Royale
Lockdown will take teams to Rebirth Island for a territory-control mode with respawns enabled. Squads will capture and hold rotating scoring zones, moving between objectives as the match progresses.
One objective will randomly become a High Value Zone during each match. Holding it awards double points, turning that area into the main battlefield whenever it appears.

Terminator 2 event and seasonal activities
The Terminator 2: Judgment Day-themed event will give players two daily tasks to complete. The tasks will vary and award Cyberdyne Tech points, with a daily limit of 100 points. Players who keep earning the currency throughout the season can unlock more than 15 Epic rewards, including stickers, charms, sprays, weapon camos, and the Blackjack — Endoskeleton operator variant.
The Arcade Event will also reward players for competing in Operator Skill Overdrive, Hardpoint: Mayhem, and Lockdown. Its prizes include the Jet — Golden Flaw operator and five Epic weapon blueprints.
Weekly missions tied to the new limited-time modes will form the COD Points Rush event. These missions award time-limited COD Points that can be spent on selected Season 7 draws and store offers. Any points earned through the event will expire when the season ends.
Other seasonal activities will include a Summer-themed event and Tagging Team, both with additional rewards.
Season 7 Battle Pass adds the Cronen Squall
The Terminated Battle Pass will include free and premium rewards such as Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, and Call of Duty Points.
The free track will add the Cronen Squall assault rifle. It is built around lower recoil and a slower rate of fire, favoring steady and powerful shots. Battle Royale players will also receive the Overload Class, which uses a Shock Stick to interrupt attacking enemies. Other free rewards include Operator Skins, weapon blueprints, and Vault Coins.
Premium Pass rewards will include Ether — Cyborg Rebel, Demir — The Mech Hunter, Ripper — Broadcast, and a Synaptic Reskin. Weapon Blueprints on the premium track include the ISO — Neural Bond, AS VAL — Iron Works, Grau 5.56 — Disrupt & Destruct, Einhorn Revolving — Reactor Core, and Cronen Squall — Countermeasure.
The Ground Forces Battle Pass Subscription will add monthly rewards, a 10% Player and Weapon XP boost, discount coupons, and limited discounts on 10x crate pulls. Season 7 subscribers will receive the Raptor — Coerce Operator Skin, MAC-10 — Target Acquired Weapon Blueprint, and Backpack — Target Tracked.
Challenge Pass and store content
The Season 7 Challenge Pass will feature Standard, Special, and Elite Missions. Completing them awards Tokens for the Exchange, where players can claim items such as the MX Guardian — Virus Disruptor and Charm — Don’t Forget To Feed It. New missions and rewards will appear in the in-game Events tab and Mission Board.
The Terminator — It Goes Two offer will feature both the T-800 and T-1000. Players who unlock both operator skins will upgrade them from Epic to Legendary quality and gain the ability to switch between their two forms during matches and in the lobby. The offer will also include a Kill Counter watch and a lobby animation for changing forms.
Other featured store rewards include the HS0405 — Final Judgement shotgun blueprint, based on the T-800’s weapon, and the BP50 — Mimetic Execution blueprint, tied to the T-1000. The Undead Legion Series Armory will add weapon blueprints inspired by swords, spears, flails, and scythes, including the Krig6 — Revenant Vanguard, FFAR — Revenant Reavers, MG82 — Revenant Warlords, and SKS — Revenant Conquerors.
The store will also feature a Cronen Squall — Widow’s Bite blueprint and the Lyra — Widow’s Sentinel operator skin. A Summer Sale will discount selected Strongboxes, while three Battle Pass Vaults will return rewards from the 2nd Anniversary BP, Tropical Vision, and Eternal Ghost.
Additional offers will appear shortly after launch through the Call of Duty: Mobile Web Store, including Mythic Cards, Call of Duty Points bundles with bonus items, and a free Legendary calling card.
