Borderlands 4’s The Hunt Adds a Twitch Drop for The Horns Through Nov. 15
Watching an eligible Borderlands 4 stream for 30 minutes between Nov. 6 and 15 can unlock a Vault Hunter head usable across the roster.

A 30-minute Borderlands 4 Twitch watch can earn players The Horns Vault Hunter Head as The Hunt returns on Nov. 6 with a cross-game scavenger challenge supporting St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
The event runs through Nov. 15. As part of the fundraiser, 2K Foundations and Gearbox will match every dollar donated to The Hunt, up to last year’s record amount. The organizers say the match could bring this year’s total above $230,000. The community raised more than $118,000 in May, with charitable donations topping $750,000 since The Hunt began. The campaign also celebrates the Borderlands franchise passing 100 million units sold, as noted in the official Steam announcement.
To earn The Horns, link a SHiFT account with Twitch, then connect that SHiFT account to the platform account used to play Borderlands 4. Watch a Twitch Drops-enabled Borderlands 4 stream for at least 30 minutes during the event, and claim the reward on Twitch within 24 hours. The Twitch Drops page has the account-linking information. The reward requires an internet connection and Borderlands 4, is limited to one redemption per SHiFT account, and is delivered in game after Borderlands 4 launches with the claiming SHiFT account linked.
The Hunt itself sends players through Borderlands 2, Borderlands 3, and Borderlands 4 on fresh characters to find Legendary gear by playing and farming bosses. The fastest participants to complete their lists become Borderlands Community Hunt Champions. Anyone can join, with no prior experience required, and registration and the rules are available online.
Players can also support the fundraiser without entering the scavenger hunt by watching and following participating streamers and donating to their St. Jude PLAY LIVE campaigns. What part of The Hunt’s cross-game challenge would you tackle first? Stay connected as the charity drive and Twitch Drop run through Nov. 15 on X, Bluesky, YouTube, Instagram, Steam, and Telegram.
