Bloodskin Arrives in Hunt: Showdown 1896 as Make Them Bleed Stage 3 Ends
The new reward follows Blood Moon and Chupacabra as the third completed milestone in the Blood Testament community event.

Hunt: Showdown 1896 has completed Make Them Bleed Stage 3, and Bloodskin has arrived as the community event’s latest reward. The milestone follows the Blood Moon reward from Stage 1 and the Chupacabra Trait from Stage 2.
Blood Moon became the first reward after Stage 1, adding a new Time of Day to Missions. Stage 2 then delivered Chupacabra, a Burn Trait that costs 2 Upgrade Points and restores 1 Health Chunk when a Hunter interacts with a live horse, cow or animal cage. You can read more about the earlier rewards in the coverage of Stage 1’s Blood Moon and Stage 2’s Chupacabra.
Bloodskin turns Lynch into the monster
The new reward is tied to Lynch, a character whose search for a cure ends with a transformation into the monster that was meant to be escaped. Its story leans into the Blood Moon’s themes of instinct and hunger, with every sense consumed by blood that can never fully satisfy.
The accompanying artwork identifies Bloodskin as a new boss, but the announcement does not provide encounter details or explain how the creature will appear during Missions. For now, Stage 3 confirms the arrival of the reward and completes another step in Blood Testament’s progression.
