Battlefield V’s Firestorm won’t include Battle Pass, at least not at launch

It is quite normal to see a paid version of video game releasing a Battle Royale without asking for any additional costs. There shouldn’t be anything behind a paywall since BFV is a video game available only with purchase. Unless the developers decide to leave Firestorm as a free-to-play game mode, then it would be something different. If not, we shouldn’t be expecting any Battle Passes at all. At least not at launch.

Now that Criterion is back, they’re seeking forward to include more content in Firestorm as the time goes by. We do expect to see some necessary changes done to the mod as it develops and receives community feedback. As always, the community should be considered as a determinant towards the greater good.

However, there’s expected to be a “weekly experience”. This is similar to what Battlefield V already offers in its core game. We assume it will as rewarding as in the core game, and also updated via Battlefield V’s live service.

We all know that Firestorm is going to be a fun game mode set in WW2. Not only that but also… every BR game have experienced tons of players during launch. It isn’t something different nowadays, so we do expect to see a swarm of people tackling down on Battlefield V’s Firestorm.

All the people invited to experience what Firestorm offers ahead of everyone have already posted a video on YouTube, showcasing a lot of things the BR currently has. It is quite fair to say that Firestorm has everything a gamer desires and seeks in a Battle Royale video game.

A couple of factors why BFV’s Firestorm may succeed in its way are:

  • WW2 Themed
  • A wide range of vehicles
  • Big map
  • Fast and Smooth gameplay – as already seen in BFV

Battlefield V’s Firestorm BR will release on March 25th. What are your thoughts on this one? Let us know in the comments below!
