Battlefield 2042 Patch 6.3.0 Arrives on January 30

Battlefield 2042 is rolling out its 6.3.0 update on January 30, bringing many exciting changes and new features to the game.

Starting from February 6, players can participate in an event to earn ribbons, which can help them unlock exclusive rewards such as the Harmonic Balance Weapon Skin for Super 500 and the Curious Spirit Weapon Charm. Additionally, this event introduces a new Store Bundle that offers price reductions depending on the number of items you have unlocked.

After death, players can now spectate their squad mates, mimicking the Hazard Zone experience. This update also introduces the option to turn off the redeployment button, allowing for One-Life or Tactical Squad modes while enabling squad spectating.

Enhancements include a Crossplay Status Indicator in the main menu, extended Personal Player color functionality to more HUD elements, and various bug fixes and adjustments to gadgets and specialists, such as improvements to vehicle hitbox alignment and the efficiency of gadgets like the C5 and the APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel.

The update will add new math blocks for commonly used tasks in Custom Experiences, aiding in more sophisticated and intricate custom gameplay designs. Furthermore, tweaks and bug fixes are coming to weapons, addressing issues with magazine visuals, rendering, texturing, recoil behavior, and stat discrepancies on the Collection Screen.

This update will address a variety of vehicle-related issues, enhancing vehicle systemic damage interactions, introducing Air Radar to the EBAA Wildcat, and adjusting the behavior and damage resilience of vehicles like the EMKV90-TOR and MD540 Nightbird, as well as improving helicopter interactions with the environment.
