Assassin’s Creed Valhalla gets a new trailer about Norse Mythology

With Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla just around the corner, along with the next generation of consoles, Ubisoft released a trailer giving newcomers some brief info about Norse Mythology. As we all know, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla is set in 9th century England, which marks the period when pagans started converting to Christianity.

Norse religion plays a huge role in the game. The trailer gives a bit of information about the Norse Gods, including Odin, Loki, Freya, and more. The Norse version of how the world was created was also showcased, about how the World Tree Yggdrasil connects all of the nine realms.

In Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, we’ll get to play in Midgard (according to the Norse people, it’s just another term for the land of mortals), Jotunheim (the land of the Frost Giants), and Asgard (the realm of the Aesir Gods).

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is set to release on November 10th for PC, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia, while the PS5 version is arriving on November 12th.
