BetBoom Team announced on X that Artem ‘Pioneer‘ Saveliev will take over as the organisation’s CEO, replacing Alexander ‘Dyrem‘ Sevirinov.

Meet the new CEO of BetBoom Team – Artem “Pioneer” Saveliev

“I could say we’ll easily win TI and make playoffs at every Major… but I won’t promise miracles – there’s a lot of work ahead. Step by step, we’ll move toward our goals in a structured, systematic way. The team already… pic.twitter.com/ZizA4D3OqO

In the post, Pioneer struck a pragmatic tone. “I could say we’ll easily win TI and make playoffs at every Major. But I won’t promise miracles; there’s a lot of work ahead. Step by step, we’ll move toward our goals in a structured, systematic way.”

“The team already has a strong foundation, and my job is to help it grow further and unlock its full potential in the new season!” he added in the same announcement.

BetBoom also reflected on Dyrem’s two-year run, highlighting the organization’s recent successes, including a top-four Dota 2 finish at The International 2025 and tournament results across PUBG and Counter-Strike 2. In a follow-up post, the club thanked Dyrem and wished him well as he departs the role; his farewell read, “Thank you to everyone who’s been part of BetBoom Team in one way or another.”

BetBoom fields rosters in Dota 2, Counter-Strike 2, and PUBG. The Dota 2 squad ended the 2025 season at DreamLeague Season 27 after a group-stage exit and will try to qualify for events such as DreamLeague Season 28 and ESL One Birmingham in 2026. The PUBG side finished 11th at the PUBG Global Championship and could target invites to PUBG Global Series 11 and 12 in March 2026. The Counter-Strike 2 team placed eighth in the B-Tier CCT Season 3 European Series and will attempt to reach the BLAST Bounty Winter 2026 LAN via the closed qualifier.

Pioneer faces a clear task: steady the organisation’s competitive results and set priorities across three different esports ecosystems as the calendar flips to 2026.
