Arc Raiders is not even a month old and a loud debate has opened in its community. Some players who hit endgame fast are pushing Embark to deliver more content now, while others say those complaints come from people who simply played too much, too quickly.
The conversation flared after a clip of streamer Ali ‘Myth’ Kabbani circulated online where he argued developers should prioritize fresh activities over trivial bug fixes. Myth said “I would rather receive new content over fixing non-game-breaking bugs every day of the week. I don’t care. If it doesn’t break the game, just give me new content. I’ll swallow the new content, and that will be the pill that I have to swallow. I would much rather deal with that, if I’ve got to pick one.” The clip was shared on X.

Not everyone agreed with Myth. Several posts on X pushed back, arguing Arc Raiders is not aimed at the handful of players who grind eight to 12 hours a day. Reddit threads show both perspectives clearly. One player wrote the literal line that kicked this story off, “there is not enough content imo,” while admitting they are not the average player because they “played Tarkov for years and I play way more than the average guy.” They said they had around 60 hours topside and were starting to get bored.
Another Reddit post less than two weeks after launch said they had reached endgame, completed “all the missions, content, and activities,” and were left with only blueprints and PVP to repeat. That post is available at the link below. Meanwhile a sarcastic comment that also circulated read “I sweated at the game 24 hours a day and completed all of the content in a week. Why no content?” That reply highlights how quickly dedicated grinders can exhaust a live service title.
Anyone feel like content is missing? I think I pretty much reached end game

Both sides make reasonable points. Players who pour dozens of hours into a new game quickly hit systems designed for longer engagement and then call for new maps, missions, or modes. Casual players and those who dip in for a few hours a week still have plenty to discover and grind. Embark has already shown signs of adding content and running events, and the studio has been active around the title since launch. For readers who want empirical oddities from the community, CPG previously ran a “Naked Man” experiment that shows how players behave in raids and what that says about engagement, and that coverage is available here.
Expect the argument to continue as Embark rolls out updates and events. The community will decide if new maps and items calm the most vocal players or if balancing and bug fixes should take precedence. Either way the conversation illustrates how polarised expectations can be in the first weeks of a live service launch. Myth’s clip on X and the Reddit threads linked above show the full range of reactions from players who sprinted straight to max level and those who think the game still has plenty to offer.
