Respawn Entertainment pushed a hotfix for Apex Legends on 2025/10/10 that targets Ranked mode connectivity.
Match joining should be restored and lobbies are expected to fill more reliably after the update.

We just pushed a fix for the Ranked connectivity issues.
You should now be able to join matches as usual and lobbies will be more reliably full.
