Innersloth just announced that any Among Us 2023 versions won’t be supported anymore. If your main menu shows “v2023” at the bottom left, your game is affected. You’ll need to update to version 16.1.0 to keep playing without issues.
Why the push to update? Well, Innersloth wants to keep adding new features, roles, fixing bugs, and improving security. Having everyone on similar versions makes that way easier. Kinda makes sense, right? It’s annoying to have to update but better than losing access to the game you love.
Thanks to all the crewmates sticking around no matter which version they played on. I’m curious if anyone’s still rocking the 2023 build and just now realizing this. Have you updated yet?
