EXBO has put STALCRAFT: X players on a new story path built around the Typhoon unit inside the SSPP. The post frames the group as a fresh force in the Zone and keeps the focus on where it fits among the factions already fighting for control.
The unit is described as elite, equipped with advanced American-Korean technology, and built for rapid response. EXBO also says the four factions controlling the North have already taken notice, and the new side quest asks players to find out how their own faction’s relationship with the Typhoon unit will play out.
