Remember when each year we’d get a new FIFA game? Things changed this year, with the series taking on a new name, EA Sports FC. Yet, the excitement for the game hasn’t dimmed. In just four weeks after its release, EA Sports FC 24 amassed a whopping 14.5 million active accounts across all platforms.
The quarterly report from EA further highlighted the game’s success. Coupled with the strong performance of last year’s FIFA 23, the football sim series has clearly exceeded EA’s projections for the Q2 fiscal period, which runs from July to September.
Notably, shortly after its launch, EA mentioned that the Ultimate Edition of EA Sports FC 24 alone had sales of 6.8 million units. This edition offered players early access, a week before the global release. Furthermore, in just a couple of weeks, the game had been experienced by over 11.3 million players.
For those looking to join in on the action, EA Sports FC 24 is playable on platforms like PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
