Nacon has announced they are developing a new open-world Terminator survival game with a post-apocalyptic setting. As-yet-untitled, this Terminator Survival Game will take place across an open environment where choices made by gamers can affect both how Story mode plays out and the relationships built between various characters. The first-ever title set in the Terminator universe.
As a celebration of the announcement, the developer posted a Reveal Trailer embedded in the player at the top of this article.

Now, the world of The Terminator is being turned into a video game. Nacon has announced that they are developing an untitled survival adventure for post-apocalyptic fans, and it will take place between events portrayed in movies.
This game will most likely carry the same weight as Blizzard’s open-world survival game, which means now we have two big companies dealing with influences and difficulties carried by this type of genre, all for developing the best gameplay experience for everyone. What we know so far is that “the game takes place in a post-apocalyptic open world and features an original story that builds on the events of the official films“, as stated by Nacon. “You play as a group of nuclear apocalypse survivors fighting to stay alive in a time period between Judgment Day and the creation of John Connor’s resistance.“
