The Korean MMOARPG that caught the western region by storm is ready for more updates. Namely, the Korean version of the game is slightly more advanced in the story, and the western region will slowly fill out the gaps thanks to Amazon Games. In a blog post earlier, the developer announced that in collaboration with Smilegate RPG, more content that’s already live on the Korean version of the game would arrive in NA and EU soon. It’s apparent that the game director wants everyone to rush to Tier 3.
Furthermore, a new roadmap was promised to be revealed, one that will cover the top additions coming to Arkesia over the next few months. So, what’s coming to Lost Ark soon?
MARCH CONTENT COMING TO LOST ARK
Kadan (Including Istery & Illusion Bamboo Islands)
This will include a brand new storyline, including a complete set of Islands for you to enjoy. Moreover, it will consist of the new Guardian and Abyss Raid, ARGOS, which opposing force will be more brutal than before. Unlike previous, this will be an eight-man raid that it’s much more challenging than the previous ones.
The Abyss Raids will consist of fights separated into three phases, and in each of them, the Guardian will grow more powerful and introduce a new set of mechanics. If you want to be successful, you must master each of the attack patterns.
Even the nerfs of Tier 1 and Tier 2 won’t change much, as those who step into these lands will have a unique gameplay experience, which is what we all care about. Yes, some of the Guardian and Abyssal raids do not seem suitable for casual, and it should remain that way. That’s where you grasp the entertainment from, whether you’re successful or not. If you keep on trying to complete the content, then sometimes you’ll most likely be successful, no matter how mechanically imperfect you are. It’s these mechanics make that make the game unique to its core.
