IO Interactive, the developer behind Hitman, is allegedly working on a new Fantasy Game for Xbox. While the celebration of the most recent Hitman launch is still warm and ongoing, the company is focusing on something completely different, a new IP for Xbox.
The announcement arrives from Windows Central video, which claims that Microsoft has a couple of exciting projects in the works, which also contains a fantasy game developed by IOI. Recently, IO Interactive has also announced that it’s working on a James Bond game too, so the company is concurrently working on multiple games. You can find the video below:
Recently, EuroGamer has also confirmed that the developer of Hitman is developing a fantasy IP for Xbox, which adds to the story integrity a lot more.
The World of Assassination with Hitman 3 has somewhat been completed, allowing IO to focus on something else. Now, as many would estimate, the Bond game will probably allow IO to earn more and double the staff size to 400.
Microsoft and IOI are currently silent on the subject, and everyone expects to hear more about what’s boiling for the future.
