RPGs can sometimes be exhausting and boring, but not due to missing gameplay content, but instead of game flaws and bad player intentions. Outriders, People Can Fly’s most recent action-adventure RPG has started suffering from the same issue. Griefers have started appearing, leading to a very toxic environment, with actions that kick players after clearing high-end content, leaving them without possibility of getting the loot.
Recently, a guy posted a video on YouTube about him being kicked from matchmaking before picking up his loot. The stories were followed with a bunch of Reddit posts as well. Doing an endgame Expedition shouldn’t be as bothering as this, and players are really frustrated because they’re not able to pick up their loot. Imagine, just because someone decided to kick them out.
A YouTuber has also recently posted a video of him being kicked from the party.
Players are now seeking a response from People Can Fly so they can fix the issue and allow them to have a smooth gameplay experience. There has to be a prevention of toxicity, and griefers shouldn’t be allowed to have the power to remove players from their party just because they want to.
Outriders’ popularity has dipped, but now it’s under threat of losing more players. People Can Fly should react and fix this issue as soon as possible.
