For those unfamiliar, Minecraft Dungeons is a dungeon crawler developed by Mojang Studios and Double Eleven and published by Xbox Game Studios. It is a spin-off of Minecraft and was released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One on May 26, 2020.
However, like always, Mojang likes to think outside of the box and make their game even quirkier. Mojang and Play Mechanix have teamed up together to create a full-fledged arcade cabinet designed to run a custom version of the game called Minecraft Dungeons Arcade.
This version includes nine levels, with buttons for melee attacks, dodging, and ranged attacks so that newcomers can play it easily.
Besides being a four-player co-op experience with a fresh approach to the standard version, Minecraft Dungeons Arcade is also built into a ridiculously cool cabinet that can make even the sternest, most pessimistic Minecraft.net writer cry tears of joy. I could probably write a book or two on the sheer beauty of it, but since my keyboard is waterlogged from my joyous sobbing, let’s settle with this awesome image instead.
