Riot Games has teased a new map as a part of Valorant’s upcoming Act 3. Yesterday, the company discovered upcoming changes destined to arrive with Valorant’s Act 3. Aside from the competitive changes, no one ever mentioned anything regarding a forthcoming map. Earlier today, Riot Games discovered that a new map would arrive with the deployment of Act 3. The map is called Icebox, as per Valorant’s latest Tweet.
A minty winter ready to excite Valorant’s player base. Previously, the map rotation was the most tedious thing in the game. Players were frequently put on the same map, multiple times in a row, without even having an option to choose. Shortly after, the new algorithm was introduced to help with this issue, removing the already present frustration out of the player’s way. Luckily, this will no longer be a thing in the coming game.
