Crytek has released a brand new Crysis Remastered trailer in which it showcases the ray tracing technology. The new trailer focuses on the reflections and visuals on the PS4 Pro and the Xbox One X. Even if they’re not among the list of consoles that support ray tracing, it’s still possible to have them enabled via software.
This is very surprising as it is the first time to witness ray tracing on current-gen consoles, and is something that has never been done, at least not to this extent. Crytek is strongly focused on reliving the old and exciting experience in Crysis Remastered. With current-gen technology, we now know that everything is possible.
Crysis Remastered launches on September 18, 2020, and we’re looking forward to seeing how different will be from the original masterpiece.
