Final Stretch is Fence’s Seasonal-mode laptop retrieval quest on Streets of Tarkov, not an ordinary PvP/PvE quest. Find the laptop behind the Nikitskaya Street diner and extract with it, but decide who should receive it before handing it over: this laptop also belongs to Mechanic’s alternative task.
Requirements
- Play in Seasonal mode, not ordinary PvP/PvE. This is part of the KORD BREACH Seasonal questline.
- Have the retrieval quest active so the Laptop from an unknown facility can spawn.
Objectives
- Locate and obtain the laptop from Fence’s stash on Streets of Tarkov
- Hand over the found item
Choose the Recipient Before Handing In
The hand-in is a branch choice. Giving the laptop to Fence completes Final Stretch instead of Mechanic’s Consequences of Our Decisions. The alternative is to decrypt the laptop, read the recovered data, and give the laptop to Mechanic. You cannot turn this one laptop in to both traders. Choose which task you want to complete before confirming either hand-in.
Find the Laptop Behind the Diner
Go to the diner on Nikitskaya Street. Enter the diner to reach the alley behind it, then find the small ventilation chimney there. Search that ventilation feature for the Laptop from an unknown facility rather than checking unrelated containers along the street.
Extract With the Laptop
Picking it up puts it in your quest-item inventory. Leave Streets through an available extraction with the laptop still in your possession. If you fail to extract, you lose it and must return to the same pickup location with the quest active.
Finish the Fence Branch
If you choose Fence’s route, hand the recovered laptop to Fence for Final Stretch. If you choose Mechanic instead, keep the laptop for the decryption, reading, and hand-in steps of Consequences of Our Decisions. Desperate Assault follows either completed branch, so the laptop choice is not a reason to assume the later Mechanic task is lost.
