Escape From Tarkov “Dandies” Quest Guide
The outfit, 15 kills, and both Concordia barber shop stashes for Ragman.
Dandies sends you onto Streets of Tarkov in a Bomber beanie and RayBench Hipster Reserve sunglasses. Ragman wants 15 enemy kills while you wear both items, then the outfit left behind at the Concordia barber shop. Finish the fighting before heading there to stash your gear.
Requirements and objectives
You need level 12 and Ragman loyalty level 2 to unlock Dandies.
- Eliminate 15 enemies on Streets of Tarkov while wearing a Bomber beanie and RayBench Hipster Reserve sunglasses.
- Stash one Bomber beanie inside the barber shop on Streets of Tarkov.
- Stash one pair of RayBench Hipster Reserve sunglasses inside the barber shop on Streets of Tarkov.
Both stash objectives appear after you complete the 15 kills. Visiting the shop early will not let you skip that first stage.
Needed equipment
Equip the Bomber beanie in your headwear slot and the RayBench Hipster Reserve sunglasses in your eyewear slot. Carrying them in a backpack does not satisfy the clothing requirement.
Accepting Dandies unlocks the Bomber beanie purchase from Ragman at loyalty level 2. Neither stash item needs Found in Raid status, so bought replacements work if you lose the outfit.
Getting the 15 kills
Scavs count as well as PMCs, so you do not need to hunt other players to finish this objective. Keep both pieces equipped whenever you fight, and make sure you are on Streets of Tarkov. Kills on another map will not help.
Check the quest counter as you go. If a kill does not register, check your headwear and eyewear before taking the next fight. Once you reach 15, keep a beanie and a pair of the correct sunglasses available for the two stashes.
Barber shop and stash locations
Head to the Concordia area and find the ground-floor storefront with BARBERSHOP above its entrance, near Razvedchikov Street. Go inside and check these two spots.
- The low round table beside the sofa near the front windows.
- The barber chairs along the left-hand side of the shop.
Move into position at each spot until the stash interaction appears, then finish placing the required item. There are separate objectives for the beanie and sunglasses, so check that both are complete before leaving. With the kills and both stashes finished, turn Dandies in to Ragman.

- 11,000 EXP.
- 0.25 Ragman reputation.
- 165,000 Roubles before reward bonuses.
