Escape From Tarkov “A Fuel Matter” Quest Guide

A Fuel Matter requires two MS2000 Markers and a trip to Reserve. Mark the fuel tanks near the Sewer Manhole extraction and the separate group beside the train depot to complete Ragman’s objectives.

Requirements and objectives

A Fuel Matter is available through Ragman at loyalty level 3. Bring 2 MS2000 Markers, 1 for each group of tanks.

• Mark the first group of fuel tanks on Reserve with an MS2000 Marker.
• Mark the second group of fuel tanks on Reserve with an MS2000 Marker.

Needed equipment

• 2 MS2000 Markers. Each marker is used up when placed.
• Markers do not need to be found in raid. They can be purchased from Prapor or Ragman.

Markers can be used directly from your inventory when needed. Keeping them in a special slot or pouch can prevent losing them if you die before using them.

How to complete A Fuel Matter

1. Enter Reserve with two MS2000 Markers.
2. Find the first group beside Sewer Manhole, near the southern repair-yard buildings. Place 1 marker on the fuel tanks when the quest interaction appears.
3. Go to the separate tank group beside the train depot and place the other marker. This is a second location, not another tank in the Sewer Manhole group.

Check that both marking objectives have completed. The Sewer Manhole group and train-depot group each need their own marker.

Rewards

• 28,000 EXP
• Ragman reputation +0.75
• 275,000 Roubles, or 288,750 with Intelligence Center Level 1, or 316,250 with Intelligence Center Level 2
