Escape From Tarkov “Special Order” Quest Guide
Prapor requires one found-in-raid Red Rebel ice pick. The hand-in is straightforward, but the item's status matters.
Special Order requires a Red Rebel ice pick with found-in-raid status. Prapor wants one, and the hand-in consumes it. Check the status on the item you intend to submit rather than treating any Red Rebel in your stash as suitable.
Special Order objective
- Hand over one found-in-raid Red Rebel ice pick to Prapor.
The quest requires Prapor loyalty level 4. This is a trader-loyalty requirement, not a character-level number.
Where to look for a Red Rebel
On Woods, Shturman is one possible source. Red Rebels can also appear in 6×6 weapon boxes and the common fund stash. These are possible loot sources, not guaranteed drops, so make sure the ice pick you recover actually meets the quest’s found-in-raid requirement.
Other listed locations include the marked room in Customs’ three-storey dorms and the giving tree behind Old Gas Station. Reserve has possible spawns in the RB-BK, RB-PKPM and RB-VO marked rooms. On Streets of Tarkov, the abandoned factory marked room and the marked room at Chekannaya 13 are also listed.
Completing the hand-in
Once you have a qualifying Red Rebel, open Special Order at Prapor and submit it. The objective is an item hand-in, rather than a requirement to use the axe or take one of the extractions associated with it.
Special Order rewards
- 65,000 EXP and 2 Charisma skill levels
- +1.5 Prapor reputation
- 400,000 Roubles, increased to 420,000 with Intelligence Center level 1 or 460,000 with level 2
- 1 TKPD 9.3×64 carbine, Assault variant
- 2 packs of 9.3x64mm FMJ ammunition, containing 20 rounds each
- Unlocks the TKPD 9.3×64 Assault barter and purchase of 9.3x64mm FMJ at Prapor loyalty level 4
