skate. Opens Welcome Contest With 5 Deck Combos for Realistic Clips
Entries run through Oct. 19, and each winning clip must be 15 to 30 seconds of realistic gameplay.
skate. players can enter a new realistic-video contest with Welcome, where five winners will each receive one Welcome deck and one Year 6 deck. Full Circle’s Steam announcement gives the entry window as Oct. 13, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. PT through Oct. 19 at 11:59 PT.
The Welcome contest follows the Primitive Realistic Video Contest, which closed Oct. 12. For this round, organizers will select 15 entries before choosing the five winners.
Clips must run 15 to 30 seconds and have a resolution of at least 720p. The organizers prefer 1080p or higher, and each video title must include the exact phrase “skate. Welcome Realistic Video Contest.” Entries can use one clip or edit several together, but the skating should look realistic, without glitches or unusually large airs.
Submissions need to be hosted video links, such as YouTube or Medal.TV. Google Drive links and YouTube Shorts are not accepted. Videos cannot include personal watermarks, AI content, unauthorized mods or modding tools, in-game music, or third-party music. Welcome cosmetics are optional. There is no purchase requirement, but entrants must be at least 18. EA’s full contest rules have the remaining regulations.
