Enshrouded’s Sparkworks Will Add Player-Built Logic on Oct. 15
Players will be able to connect levers and pressure plates to outcomes such as opening doors or triggering traps.

Enshrouded’s 1.0 update will bring Sparkworks, a player-built logic system for linking actions such as pulling a lever or stepping on a pressure plate to results such as opening a door or triggering a trap. Keen Games outlines the feature in its Steam announcement, with the 1.0 release scheduled for Oct. 15.
Sparkworks lets builders make paths and rooms respond to whoever moves through them. Keen Games even suggests a bridge made of trapdoors that opens underfoot, turning a routine crossing into a surprise for friends.
The Sparkworks introduction video is below. Keen Games also has a Highlights video scheduled for next Thursday, Oct. 15, the day 1.0 is due to launch.
