Valve Makes BC.Game Eligible for a Counter-Strike 2 Major Invite Through Asia

The PGL Major Singapore ruling assigns the five-player roster to Asia despite the three-month VRS rule, but does not itself confirm an invitation.

Valve has made BC.Game eligible to receive a PGL Major Singapore invitation through Asia, granting the Counter-Strike 2 roster an exception to its regional eligibility rule. The updated tournament operation exceptions list assigns asap, Magisk, mzinho, s1mple and Senzu to Asia and marks them eligible for a Major invitation.

Valve’s three-month VRS eligibility rule bars a roster from receiving a Regional Assignment if it appeared on another region’s VRS list during the preceding three calendar months. BC.Game did not meet that requirement, so the exception clears the way for an Asia assignment despite its prior VRS listing elsewhere.

The ruling makes BC.Game eligible for an invitation, but does not itself confirm that an invitation has been issued.
