Ahead of the PS5 reveal event, Amazon UK has posted a new placeholder listing for Sony’s next-gen console. It appears that Amazon has ruined the surprise before tomorrow’s PS5 reveal event. What’s more intriguing is that the listing contained the full price for the PS5 Version with 2TB.
Even though it’s a word about a dummy container, according to the image posted by a known Twitter leaker, Wario64, someone has managed to order it. The item is still unavailable, and shipping is currently disabled. Whoever managed to pre-order the PS5 from Amazon has received a confirmation that the item hasn’t yet been released and will dispatch once it becomes available.
PlayStation 5 2TB placeholder listing on Amazon UK says it's £599.99. No link posted to Amazon but someone was able to order it apparently https://t.co/f7QUdXsdGu pic.twitter.com/1SEEInbeHP

According to the listing, the PS5 costs £599.99, which is around $760. But the successful pre-order makes it somewhat controversial of whether or not the listing is legit? Taken into consideration that the order went through, could this be the original price for the PS5 2TB?
The PlayStation 5 reveal event is scheduled for tomorrow, June 11, and we’ll have to wait until then to compare this listing with the price announced tomorrow.
