Hunt: Showdown 1896’s Blood Testament Chapter 2 Will Continue on Oct. 6 With New DLC and Events

Blood Testament will continue with Chapter 2 on October 6, giving Hunt: Showdown 1896 players a new Story Challenge, Community Event and DLC alongside fresh gameplay additions. The next chapter will also include two Tarot Cards, a new Tool and Twitch Drops.
Crytek’s Steam announcement introduces the Chapter 2 trailer, which previews sweeping Compound Changes and teases familiar faces alongside new nightmares in the bayou and mountains.
The new chapter follows Blood Testament’s launch with Update 2.9 on September 8. That opening update added the Blood Moon, the Burgess shotgun and other gameplay changes before the event’s story moves forward on October 6.
Chapter 2 will arrive ahead of the October 1 developer livestream, which is scheduled to preview the content planned for the next part of Blood Testament.
