Hasbro Games Junior Collection will bring Clue Junior, Monopoly Junior, and The Game of Life Junior together in one Xbox package later in 2026. The collection supports solo play and local multiplayer for up to 4 players on one console, with Clue Junior giving the family game night package its detective twist.
Outright Games detailed the collection’s approach in an Xbox Wire preview. In Clue Junior, players move around the board, enter different rooms, and search for hidden clues that help narrow down the mystery.
A magnifying-glass prompt guides players toward places worth checking, keeping the investigation easy to follow without taking away the fun of making deductions. Each discovery can rule out suspects, objects, or locations, although another player may have found information that changes the case.
The detective notebook turns those discoveries into a clear record of the investigation. Players can mark off suspects and possibilities as they learn more, then connect the remaining clues before making an accusation.
There is also a small social rule that should make local matches more interesting. When one player opens their detective notes, everyone else has to look away, so secret information stays secret until the right moment.
Once players believe they have solved the case, they can make an accusation and see whether their chosen suspect, item, and location are correct. The solution reveal gives the investigation a clear finish, while stats, level progression, and unlockable items provide reasons to start another round.
The other 2 games round out the package with their own junior versions of familiar board game play. Players can also create avatars and unlock cosmetic rewards as they play, giving the collection a little more progression than a single digital board game.
