Cities: Skylines II Expansion Pass 2 Is Live With the Downtown Market Set

The pass includes the Downtown Market Set now, while Park Adventures and a free update for all players are planned for Q4 2026.

Cities: Skylines II Expansion Pass 2 is live, giving pass owners the Downtown Market Set immediately while Park Adventures remains planned for later in 2026. Iceflake confirmed the launch in its Steam announcement, alongside the Autumn Breeze patch.

Autumn Breeze is available now as well, bringing gameplay and visual improvements after the mid-September patch plan outlined on September 3.

Downtown Market Set is the first immediate reward

Pass owners receive the Downtown Market Set as an instant unlock. It adds repurposed shipping-container buildings and colorful food trucks, creating a lively street-level gathering area without requiring players to wait for Park Adventures.

The set also includes Emerald Estuary, a Scottish-inspired temperate map with lochs, rivers, and ruins. It gives players a new setting to build on as soon as the pass becomes available.

Park Adventures will expand city parks later

Park Adventures is Iceflake’s first expansion for Cities: Skylines II, and it is planned for Q4 2026. The expansion will let mayors shape city parks, zoos, amusement parks, and nature reserves, with more than 100 assets covering buildings, animal enclosures, rides, and outdoor spaces.

New maps will support arid, tropical, boreal, alpine, and Mediterranean cities. All players will also receive a separate free update alongside Park Adventures, though the announcement did not detail the update’s full feature set.

Creator Packs and City Vacations are next

The next planned release includes the First Response Creator Pack from Arthaix, the Modern Suburbs Creator Pack from Trist1322, and the Corner Street Beats radio station. First Response will add fire, police, and healthcare facilities, including 15 new buildings with upgrades. Modern Suburbs will focus on low-rise residential and mixed-use row homes, along with services such as a Civic Hall, Community Learning Center, Contemporary Subway Station, and Community Library.

Further into 2027, City Vacations will expand tourism with new buildings, landmarks, attractions, and more control over how visitors move through a city. A Map Pack from Uncle Ron will add seven maps, including three tropical maps, two temperate maps, one alpine map, and one arid map.
