Escape from Tarkov produced an unexpected result for one player completing the fourth part of False Call. Launching the yellow flare triggered a quest completion notification and a second quest notification, but the player says the expected False Call rewards never appeared.

The resulting quest screen shows To the Light – Someone Cares? alongside a new reward panel. The player also said they could begin Clip Their Wings as normal, so the unexpected result did not prevent progress through that part of the quest chain.
There may be another detail involved. The player noticed an option to plant a camera in 3 story 212 but did not select it before finishing the sequence. That leaves open several possibilities, including an alternate outcome, a missed interaction, or a quest issue that affected the reward screen.
False Call’s visible result
One report is not enough to establish that False Call has an alternate ending, and the screenshot does not confirm whether the missing rewards were granted elsewhere. Additional players would need to reproduce the same sequence before the result can be treated as a consistent quest behavior.
