The Last Of Us 2, shortly after the massive leaks, has received a release date. With that, an ordinary confirmation that the game has gone gold, which means the game ends the manufacturing period and is ready to hit the shelves—Naughty Dog’s PS4 exclusive, which action-adventure will undoubtedly entertain the fans starting in June.
On Instagram, co-director Neil Druckmann has revealed the news, somewhat noticing the rough, bumpy road Naughty Dog had in the past period due to the Covid-19. The first release date pushback gave the developers a chance to polish the game further, leading up to this point.
The Last of Us 2 is a crowd favorite, and despite the significant leaks that touched the eyes of the public, we believe it will be welcomed on the scene just fine. All of the spoilers will be left behind. Major problems like these are overcome easily, and it won’t be any different with this game.
So far, there’s nothing else to iterate about, except to wait for June 19, the date when Naughty Dog’s The Last Of Us 2 will hit the shelves, but also the PS4 repository.
