Albion Online’s Dragonfire Music and 3 Wallpapers Are Available Now

Albion Online’s Dragonfire update went live on August 31, and its Ancient Lands setting now has something for your desktop and headphones as well as the game itself. Sandbox Interactive has made one new theme available to stream and three Dragonfire wallpapers available to download, with a limited-time Discord reward still open to players who complete a short quest.

The music and artwork were announced in a Steam announcement. Dragonfire opened the Ancient Lands and added the Dragon Sanctuary, so the new assets cover both the broader setting and one of its dangerous destinations.

Three Dragonfire Wallpapers Are Ready to Download

The wallpaper set includes the Dragonfire splash art, an Ancient Lands scene, and Dragon Sanctuary artwork. Players can also browse the wider collection on the official wallpapers page.

The Ancient Lands Theme

Marie Havemann, Albion Online’s Lead Audio Designer and longtime soundtrack composer, created the new Ancient Lands theme. The track was written for the region and its dramatic encounters, giving the latest Dragonfire content its own musical identity.

The Discord Reward Ends September 4

A Dragonfire Discord Avatar Decoration remains available until September 4 at 23:59 UTC. The reward features a fire-breathing dragon, and unlocking it requires only 15 minutes of Albion Online play through a Discord Quest.

Albion Online is a free-to-play sandbox MMORPG set in a medieval fantasy world inspired by Arthurian legends. The game uses a classless system where a player's equipped gear determines their abilities and playstyle. Items span eight tiers and are entirely player-crafted, forming a fully player-driven economy. The open world features zones with varying levels of PvP risk, from safe areas to full-loot zones where defeated players lose their equipment. Players can join guilds of up to 300 members to fight over territories and castles in large-scale battles. The game also offers PvE combat and various gathering and crafting activities.
