Blizzard has announced a new batch of discounts tied to World of Warcraft: Midnight and the wider Warcraft franchise. The Midnight expansion is available at up to 40% off, while Warcraft RTS games and the Warcraft Remastered Battle Chest are discounted by 50%.
The sale also includes modern World of Warcraft services, including Race Changes, Paid Character Transfers, Name Changes, Faction Change Packs, and the Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost. Those services are discounted by up to 33%.
Blizzard outlined the promotion in its official sale announcement, which ties the offers to the launch of Patch 12.1.
World of Warcraft: Midnight is up to 40% off
The largest discount applies to World of Warcraft: Midnight, with the advertised offer running through September 13. The fine print gives the sale’s end time as September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
Players can choose between the Base Edition, Heroic Edition, and Epic Edition. The expansion takes players back to Quel’Thalas, adds new and reimagined zones, and continues the conflict between Light and Void against Xal’atath. Housing is also part of the expansion’s feature set.

World of Warcraft services receive a 33% discount
Players who want to change an existing character can save up to 33% on selected services through August 24, according to Blizzard’s sale copy. The fine print lists the official end time as August 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
The offer covers Race Changes, Name Changes, Faction Change Packs, Paid Character Transfers, and the Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost. Packs can be purchased from the Battle.net shop or from the in-game Shop button on the character selection screen.
These services are available only for modern World of Warcraft. Characters cannot be transferred between modern World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft Classic.
Warcraft RTS games are half price
The promotion also looks back to the franchise’s roots with 50% off selected Warcraft RTS games and the Warcraft Remastered Battle Chest. Blizzard describes the offer as part of the series’ 30th-anniversary celebration, giving players a way to revisit the games that established Azeroth’s early history.
Blizzard’s sale copy lists the RTS discount through August 24, while the fine print sets the closing time at August 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT. The RTS deals are available through the Warcraft section of the Battle.net sale.
