Ready or Not’s Latest Exhibit Teases Mission Editor Mayhem and a Possible World Record

VOID Interactive also highlighted four mods, a Stack Up fundraiser, community artwork, and the twelfth Down The Rabbit Hole episode.

VOID Interactive published Community Exhibit Vol. 27 on August 7, 2026, bringing together a preview of the upcoming Mission Editor, a Stack Up charity campaign, fresh mods, fan artwork, and a possible world-record speedrun. The Community Exhibit Vol. 27 on Steam also confirms that the free Mission Editor update will arrive in the coming weeks.

The new exhibit continues the format used in our previous community roundup, where VOID Interactive mixed development news with the work of the players keeping the tactical shooter busy between updates.

Mission Editor will let players rebuild familiar missions

The Mission Editor is designed to give players more control over existing missions through modifiers for AI characters and gameplay settings. Players will be able to swap suspect appearances between levels, equip every suspect with knives or M249s, adjust civilian behavior, and even enter a mission with only 50 HP.

Edited missions can be created, saved, and shared with squadmates and the wider community. VOID Interactive has not provided a specific release date, so the feature remains scheduled for the coming weeks rather than a particular day. The developer also shared a detailed development briefing covering the editor.

Stack Up campaign includes a Weight of the Badge giveaway

VOID Interactive also highlighted its partnership with Stack Up, a charity that supports US and Allied veterans through gaming and geek culture while promoting positive mental health and working against veteran suicide.

The related Tiltify campaign runs from August 3 through August 9, 2026. According to the campaign graphic, anyone who raises at least $50 through a Stack Up Tiltify campaign can enter to win one of four Weight of the Badge Collections. A donation of at least $10 to a Stack Up campaign on Tiltify also provides an entry for the collection giveaway. The campaign is available through Stack Up’s Tiltify page.

Four community mods join the exhibit

The mod showcase starts with Presidio — The Old Guard by silversoulart, a classic map that changes how many suspects players face based on the selected difficulty. The files are available through Presidio on Nexus Mods.

VoltsCorp contributes the EOD Bomb Suit, which gives LSPD officers a heavily protected look. Players can find it on Nexus Mods.

OttoVonSchneider’s MK18 Airsoft Rifle offers a less-lethal weapon with fresh audio and working gas-blowback behavior. The mod also comes in a distinct color variant and is available through its Nexus Mods page.

VoltsCorp appears again with Beard For Judge, giving Judge a rougher appearance for players who want their officer to look like he has spent a very long week on duty. The customization mod is posted on Nexus Mods.

A speedrun, achievement shout-out, and more fan art

Community creator thickskinjacket also supplied a speedrun that VOID Interactive called the fastest run it had seen. The developer said that, to its knowledge, the performance qualified as a world record.

The exhibit’s art section includes work credited to SinsOfTheArtist, AlvarOpin, Clu, and Tymoslaw. The pieces range from a black-and-white SWAT illustration to moody character and scene studies.

VOID Interactive also congratulated the officers who recently completed the Programmed Psychosis achievement. It rounded out the showcase with Down The Rabbit Hole Episode 12, titled Relapse.

In the episode, The Hand attacks Coastal Grove Medical Center, sending LSPD SWAT into a hospital thrown into chaos. The latest installment is presented with Issac and Shayne and is available below.
