DayZ Livonia, the next DLC, including the Livonia map based on Arma 3’s Contact DLC, has “arrived” on the PS4 platform. In some regions, the DLC had become available to purchase, while on the other platforms, it remains listed but unavailable. Bohemia Interactive did not miss to respond to the situation and decline the availability.
📢 Survivors,
We are aware that the Livonia DLC is ready for purchase on PS4 for some regions. However, at this time, the DLC is not considered released yet, and thus it is not playable.
We will officially announce the release on all of our channels once it happens.— DayZ 🖥 🎮 ❤️ (@DayZ) December 2, 2019
At this point, no one knows the exact reasoning for the lingering postpones act, but according to Bohemia Interactive, the DLC remains locked and unavailable to play, despite the availability to purchase. So, does that mean people have already purchased the DLC without being able to play it?
What this improper release means is that the price of the Livonia DLC was kind of “leaked”. The price tag for the Livonia DLC on the PS4 AU store was 10GBP. That completely aligns with Bohemia’s promise that the DLC won’t cost more than 15 EUR.
