On July 8, 2026, Buckshot Roulette became available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, cloud, and Xbox on PC, and it also joined Xbox Game Pass on the same day. The indie horror hit now gives Xbox players a way into the table without an extra purchase, while Xbox Play Anywhere keeps console and PC tied together.
At its core, Buckshot Roulette turns Russian roulette into a grim duel with a pump-action 12-gauge shotgun. The chamber holds a mix of live and blank shells, and each turn comes down to racking the weapon, reading the table, and deciding whether to aim at The Dealer or gamble on your own survival.

The Xbox version also includes multiplayer for up to four players, which turns the experience from a one-on-one standoff into a mess of bluffing and bad calls. That mode arrives with the Xbox release, along with crossplay between Xbox platforms through Xbox Play Anywhere.
The game started as a small Itch.io experiment before growing into a viral horror hit, boosted by fan art, live events, and a lot of word of mouth. Players who want a solo challenge still get the Double or Nothing score-attack mode, so there is plenty here for anyone willing to sit down and take the risk.
